FROM ROOT TO BLOSSOM
In our virtual and in-person cooking workshops, your team will learn to prepare simple, whole food recipes that reflect Chef Britta’s clean-take on world cuisine. She’ll share her "From Root To Blossom" food philosophy of using every part of the vegetable, and how to repurpose for future meals to reduce food waste. These recipes support your team in feeling energized, decreasing inflammation + loving how you feel from the inside out. Participants receive digital copies of the recipes, grocery lists and simple instructions to cook along during the workshop or to prepare later at-home. These recipes work well for busy lifestyles and can be “zhuzhed up” to impress friends or family at a future get-together.
